ABOUT JESSE LEE JONES

JesseLee Jones has been the leader and front man of Brazilbilly since the band’s conception in 1995. Jesse Lee has played and performed with so many country stars of today and yesterday, including Brooks & Dunn, Merle Haggard, Joe Nichols, Wanda Jackson, Del McCoury, Ray Price, Rhonda Vincent, The Mavericks, Sara Evans, Hal Ketchum, Mel Tillis, and many other iconic names.
JesseLee has also brought in legendary musicians, such as Kenny Vaughn, Chris Scruggs, Katen Roberts and Don Helms, just to name a few, to play with Brazilbilly throughout the years. JesseLee is currently finishing his latest album project which has been in the works for the past 30 years and is the reason he came to America to begin with. The record is produced by none other than Maestro Joseph Guercio, musical director and conductor for some of the greatest performers in the history of music.
Besides being involved in many other projects, JesseLee released several albums. The “Black And White” album, “Brazilbilly: Live At Robert’s” album, “Learning To Lean,” a gospel album, and “Brazilbilly: The Way It Ought To Be”, which is Brazilbilly’s latest album. He is also involved with a 7-piece acoustic “Riders In The Sky” style, traditional country & western band called The Spaghetti Westerneers.
JesseLee is the owner & proprietor of both Robert’s Western World and The Nashville Palace, two of the most famous and popular honky tonks in the Nashville area. A book about his life named, appropriately, BRAZILBILLY: The JesseLee Jones Story, is in the works and will be available for purchase later this year. Read more about the book HERE.
