David Owen Tanner, a once prominent Indiana attorney, closed his practice and moved to Nashville, Tennessee, to pursue a country music career as a singer/songwriter/musician. He is also a professional licensed pilot and aviation expert.

Originally from New Harmony, Indiana, David is a multi-talented musician. David plays upright bass, drums, guitar, banjo, and is an accomplished vocalists and songwriter. Though he has had a career outside of music, he is no newcomer to the professional scene. He is an admirer of Hank Williams Sr., Carl Smith, Faron Young, as well as many other traditional country artists.
